Sessions are run across the Brighton, Hove, Shoreham and Lancing area, and provide:

  • 1-to-1, couple and small group training
  • In gym, home or outdoor sessions available
    (we have the use of a gym in Hove and Lancing if required)

Whether you're a regular gym user or a total novice I'll help and keep you motivated on your journey to achieving your health and fitness goals including:

  • weight loss or weight gain
  • toning or muscle development
  • cardiovascular and resistance stamina training
