Dan is a level 3 qualified personal trainer and also a level 2 youth football and basketball coach.
He has always had an interest in sport and fitness from an early age, playing basketball at county and national league level and representing Sussex at youth level. From this he wanted to take his fitness levels to the next level and help others do the same.
Dan specialises in plyometrics and sports conditioning for football, basketball, rugby and athletics.

Dan coaches football and basketball at several schools across Brighton & Hove for ages 6-16 running soccer schools and one to one basketball coaching to help improve individual’s skills, knowledge of the game and overall in-game ability.
