Karen Crumpton: female, fit and fifty (five!).
Health and fitness has always been Karen's passion and since giving up office work she has enjoyed over 17 years’ experience as a trainer across all aspects of the fitness industry.
Karen is a highly motivated, energetic, and caring professional and genuinely interested in all types of people. It is her aim to help clients recognise their potential and to achieve their goals, while encouraging them to have fun on the journey! Currently, she teaches spin, circuits, body conditioning, active stretch, aerobics, swiss ball and powerplates and is about to embark on Body Balance course.
Working with Martin and Forever Fit over the last two years has been a joy and it has been so rewarding witnessing the amazing progress of our clients, some of who are in their 80s. The benefits of keeping up regular and appropriate training as we get older cannot be overstated, and it’s never too late to start!
In her spare time Karen enjoys running, mountain biking, photography, yoga/pilates and has a passionate interest in nutrition and healthy lifestyle especially since bringing up two her daughters both with Type 1 Diabetes and Coeliac Disease.
