Dave qualified as a personal trainer earlier this year. Prior to completing this he had already gained qualifications in:

  • circuit training
  • core and torso
  • kettle bells
  • nutrition

Dave enjoys all forms of fitness, from cycling to weight training and plenty of variety in-between. His particular passion at the moment are obstacle course races and admits he is truly hooked on them. He has taken part in a few, but has his first ‘Tough Mudder’ event this month and can’t wait, as it is a fully body workout that takes you to the edge and then asks for more!

Dave can guarantee that your training sessions with him will always be highly enjoyable and motivating, with tailored homework for between sessions to keep you on track and focusing on your goal whether it’s strength, endurance or toning, but always ultimately a healthier lifestyle.
