As promised, here is a little update on what I'm currently doing.

Although I still have my hand in PT, my coaching has taken off in a big way. So much so in fact, that I am currently working within three schools, delivering basketball, football, fitness and dance sessions.

I have been hard at it on the court too and I am currently playing in a National League Division 4 Basketball team, the Sussex Bears, and I'm proud to announce that we are currently sitting at the top spot of the league.

In my spare time towards the end of 2013, I put a basketball team together with Somerhill Junior School, this has been running for a year now. We have since gone on to win the Brighton & Hove Primary School basketball tournament, an achievement the team and I are massively proud of.

More recently I have become head coach of Sussex University's Womens Basketball team, for who I have strong hopes for. I am also about to embark on creating my own fitness classes at two schools which hopefully proves popular.

Even with all of this going on I am still currently available for personal training sessions. Although I am limited to mornings sessions between 6-11.30am.
