After two years running our Forever Fit group, we feel the time has come to fine tune what we have on offer. The classes will become more focused and goal orientated, this means that our members will gain more from our specialist training programme.

As of December our tailored age specific training classes held at Active4Less in Hove will be run on the following days:

  • Monday - Thursday from 10.30-11.30am

With the following format:

  • Warm-up (10.30 – 10.45).
  • Main class (10.45 – 11.30).

After the studio session it is then your choice weather you:

  • Do more in the gym (if of course you are an Active4Less member) via a training programme that we can write for/with you (if you would like one).
  • Stop for refreshments and a catch-up with the others in the group, in the new seating area that is due to be created.
  • Or simply just head home.

As mentioned in the intro, our team comprising of myself, Karen and new recruit Cara, are also planning on expanding our classes to other locations.
