Introduction to Personal Training
4 Hours of 1:1 PT = £99!
Session one -
Lifestyle assessment, full body measurement and Goal setting. This session is Non training based.
Session two -
Nutritional breakdown and barrier breaking, Physical assessment and Homework setting.
Session three -
Training time, seeing where your strengths and weaknesses are so that training can be tailored further..
Session four -
Taking you outside your comfort zone a little and seeing how you react to being pushed.
This would give you all knowledge you need to push towards your goals on your own. Its also a great introduction into Personal Training if you're needing an additional motivational push.
If you are wanting said additional motivational push, You then have two options to move things forward.

Continuously progressive training, with your goals as a driving force
This is for those wanting to commit to training for a long term basis.
Pure motivation on tap and a program for between sessions. Membership is perfect for those who struggle to commit to themselves, as you have paid for it, so its time to suck it up and achieve those goals that have alluded you thus far.. Where possible (as I know shift patterns vary) your sessions will have a fixed time each week, which will help you with planning.
