Hello all, I recently just finished my ten week training course with Martin, I took it as I'm joining the Navy and needed that extra push in strength and cardio, and I must say Martin did a brilliant job, I feel so confident going in knowing that I have progressed so much while training with Martin. Brilliant bloke and would recommend him to anyone no matter what situation you want it for.
